Heather lived for 32 days.  She had beautiful brown eyes and a head full of dark brown hair. She loved to snuggle with Mama and listen to Daddy sing. She had a joyful spirit and a sweet smile.

Her life inspired her parents to live each day as a gift. Having no idea their time together would be so short, her parents are grateful for all the ways they got to love her.  Her life and death have helped many over the past 20+ years as they share their family's story and faith.   She truly was a gift from God and her life has shaped their family and grown their faith as they’ve experienced God’s love, comfort, and hope.

Her mom reminds others, “Enjoy every moment you have – the present is a very real gift from our heavenly Father.” She also wants others to know that it’s ok to talk about Heather. She is still a part of their family, and they find hope and comfort in knowing they will spend eternity in heaven with her.  Until then, they smile knowing that she is safe in the arms of Jesus and spared the hardships of this world.
