Hannah’s Story
Hannah
Hannah was a caring, gentle soul. Her essence was pure, sincere, and genuine. Hannah’s sweet and compassionate nature drew people in. She had an innate ability to make those around her feel special and people gravitated to her. She was tender-hearted, kind, and giving. She loved intensely and was deeply devoted to her faith and Jesus Christ. Hannah was the epitome of selflessness and truly lived her life to serve others. She was highly respected in her profession and adored by many. Hannah was the one you could always count on to make you smile with her infectious laugh. She was usually the first to call and check on you, embrace you in the warmest hugs when you needed them most, and be the first one to offer a helping hand.
Hannah had the most beautiful dimples, sprinkling of freckles around her nose, and the softest, ringlets of blonde curls. From the moment she was born she loved being held, cuddled, and nurtured. Even at 31 years old, she never outgrew curling up in her momma’s lap and had the sweetest way of looking at the world around her with childlike wonder. Nothing made her happier and more peaceful than being held. She hated being alone and always wanted to be in the company of those she loved. Family was everything to Hannah. She absolutely adored her son and husband, was best friends with her two sisters, and extremely close with her parents, Ken and Andrea.
Her mother shares, “I will forever be inspired by Hannah’s innate ability to be present in the here and now. Time is so fleeting and she continues to inspire me to treasure the borrowed time we have. To use every moment possible to express love, compassion, and kindness to those around us. This part of her I will carry with me forever. Hannah was a treasured gift from God and it was truly an honor to be her Momma.”
Hannah had some really challenging times through the years but relied heavily on her faith and had always preserved. She never gave up and worked hard to learn healthy ways of coping. Music was a huge part of her healing and always brought her comfort. It filled her soul with happiness and it was truly breathtaking to witness.
Hannah will forever be remembered for her love and compassion for others; especially those that were hurting. Her infectious laugh, welcoming smile, hilarious impressions, and her big, warm hugs will never be forgotten. She will also be remembered for her tender heart and her deep devotion to being a servant of Christ. She could not wait to be in His arms and to sing with the angels. And while she’s left a void that’s impossible to fill, she has found everlasting peace in God’s arms.
